Who we are looking to hire:
We are looking for a strategic Associate Director Product Marketing who can drive product positioning, category creation, go-to-market strategy, and sales enablement initiatives for for UNO VIVA (Learn more about UNO VIVA here Viva - UNO. The role will work closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to develop compelling narratives, strengthen market positioning, and drive demand generation across the marketing funnel.
The ideal candidate will bring strong market insights, customer understanding, and the ability to translate product capabilities into differentiated messaging that supports revenue growth.
What you will Do:
Product Messaging & Positioning
- Define and refine messaging and positioning for UNO VIVA across key hospitality customer segments.
- Translate product capabilities into clear value propositions focused on revenue impact and customer experience.
- Develop differentiated positioning against competitors in the hospitality AI ecosystem.
Go-to-Market & Demand Generation
- Design and execute integrated go-to-market strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth.
- Develop high-impact marketing content across digital, social, and event channels.
- Support demand generation campaigns through compelling messaging frameworks.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize efforts to improve engagement and lead generation.
Category Creation & Thought Leadership
- Develop thought leadership content to position UNO VIVA as a category leader in AI-powered hospitality solutions.
- Create strategic assets including POV documents, guides, and benchmark reports.
- Educate the market on the role of guest conversations and voice interactions in revenue generation.
Sales Enablement
- Develop sales enablement materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, and product narratives.
- Conduct enablement sessions and product training for sales and SDR teams.
- Build conversion frameworks to support the lead-to-revenue process.
- Collaborate with sales teams to gather market insights and refine messaging.
What you will require to be successful in this role (Key Skills):
- Strong understanding of product marketing strategy in SaaS or B2B technology environments.
- Knowledge of go-to-market planning, demand generation, and product positioning frameworks.
- Understanding of hospitality technology, travel tech ecosystems, and AI-driven solutions is preferred.
- Knowledge of market research, competitive intelligence, and category creation strategies.
- Excellent strategic thinking and product storytelling capabilities.
- Strong content development and messaging framework creation skills.
- Ability to build compelling sales enablement and marketing assets.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with product, marketing, and sales teams.

Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, SaaS, or B2B technology.
- Strong expertise in messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy
- Highly creative thinker with the ability to craft bold, differentiated narratives
- Hustler mindset — proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
- Strong ownership and drive — ability to take initiatives end-to-end and deliver results.
- Experience working closely with sales teams and driving revenue impact
- Strong understanding of demand generation and content strategy
- Experience in hospitality, travel tech, or AI/SaaS is a plus
