Tasks
Your main responsibilities will involve:
- Involvement in the recruitment process: assisting with the selection and support of our applicants
- Supporting pre-onboarding and onboarding processes: helping to organise and run orientation days for new trainees
- Organisational and administrative support during recruitment, onboarding and training
- Exciting projects aimed at further developing technical training

Requirements
- At the time of the internship, you must be in at least your third semester of your degree
- Enrolment for the entire duration of the internship (a current certificate of enrolment and, in the case of a mandatory internship, written confirmation of the mandatory internship must be included with the application) or an internship between your bachelor’s and master’s degrees (gap year)
- Interest in human resources management, training or communication
- Organisational skills, team spirit and a passion for working with people
- Independent, reliable and structured approach to work
- Fluency in German and English
- Proficiency in MS Office (particularly PowerPoint)
