Director of Finance | Luxury Resort - Cancun
We are currently seeking a Director of Finance to lead the financial strategy of an international luxury resort located in Cancun.
We are looking for a strategic and analytical leader with strong business acumen, capable of driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and supporting operational excellence within a high-end hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Oversee financial reporting, controls, and compliance
• Drive cost optimization and profitability strategies
• Partner closely with Operations and Executive Leadership to support business decisions
• Ensure alignment with corporate financial standards and policies
Ideal Profile:
• Previous experience in a senior finance leadership role within luxury or upscale hospitality
• Strong knowledge of financial controls, reporting, and hotel operations
• Proven track record in financial performance management
• Strategic mindset with hands-on leadership approach
• Advanced English proficiency required
