In this Role, you’ll get to:
-Analyze campaign data and performance to identify areas for improvement, such as refining targeting strategies or streamlining workflows, to enhance production efficiency. Work is based on performance and driven by data.
-Collaborate with marketing channels and the branding team to optimize brand awareness and exposure, and to drive traffic.
-Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as product managers, sourcing teams, and creative teams, to ensure campaign goals are met and campaigns are executed on time and on budget.
-Lead collaboration efforts with the hotel business unit to ensure alignment and synergy in product offerings, and implement a grading system for hotel products to ensure their suitability for the Thailand market.
-Produce high quality campaigns and in charge of ideation of campaign materials, campaign landing page setup, content layout, and copy writing/translation.
-Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates and analysis to stakeholders, including identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
-Keep abreast of current travel demand, up to date with industry trends, and identify new opportunities for Thailand market growth.
-Perform ad-hoc and administration duties as assigned
What you'll Need to Succeed:·
-Excellent written, oral communication skills in English and Thai. Chinese language skill is a plus.
-At least 5 years’ of relevant experience, preferably in Marketing and e-Commerce industry. Experience in OTA industry is a plus.
-Strong background in SEO, social media, and marketing, with proven experience in developing and executing strategies that enhance online visibility and engagement.
-Strong analytical skills with experience in analyzing data and using data tools to form marketing insights.
-Good presentation, interpersonal, organizing and communication skills, result and detail driven
-A creative thinker with a self-motivated attitude and able to multi-task, result driven and pay attention to details
