Vendor Compliance Senior Analyst
Purpose of the role
The Vendor Compliance Senior Analyst supports contract compliance through data analysis and reporting. This role helps ensure vendors meet contractual obligations and performance metrics. The successful candidate will be able to work both independently and collaboratively with colleagues in the Philippines and the United States.
Key responsibilities include facilitating contractual metrics reporting, auditing vendor-provided key performance indicator (KPI) data using ServiceNow, Azure, and monitoring billing trends to ensure compliance with billable thresholds and approvals. The role also contributes to contract governance by participating in commercial meetings, raising issues for discussion, tracking improvement efforts, and following up on unresolved objectives.
In This Job You Will
- Manage contract compliance by uploading agreements to SharePoint, monitoring automated workflows and approvals, and applying contract changes to reports. Ensure accurate pricing and timely communication with relevant teams.
- Conduct audits of service usage, pricing, labor costs, validate service level agreement (SLA) performance, and identify discrepancies in vendor charges.
- Perform monthly invoice validation (True-Up), provide breakdowns and unit price validation to finance, monitor variances, and deliver trend analysis.
- Log and monitor disputes until resolution, ensure timely closure, and review vendor manual entries before deadlines.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings, address inquiries related to contractual and financial processes, and provide support to colleagues in both the Philippines and the United States.
About The Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in data-driven analysis, preferably within IT or cloud environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience creating dashboards and data sets using Power BI for visualization and insights.
- Experience with or willingness to learn automated workflows using Power Automate.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure resources and cost analysis, or willingness to learn.
- Experience using ServiceNow for KPI audits and reporting, or willingness to learn.
- Experience analyzing financial and operational data for compliance and performance tracking.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset with knowledge of mathematics and statistics for data interpretation.
- Able to raise concerns and ensure issues are resolved.
- Demonstrates initiative in identifying and solving problems.
- Willingness to learn about cloud-related environments such as Microsoft Azure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, and ServiceNow.
