In this Role, you’ll get to
- Lead development and optimization of the Malaysia fulfillment system, coordinating with HQ to ensure efficient and accurate ticket delivery.
- Evaluate, onboard, and manage local third-party ticketing partners to enhance fulfillment efficiency and user experience.
- Act as the central coordinator for high-priority customer incidents, collaborating with HQ and global CS teams to resolve complex issues and safeguard brand reputation.
- Monitor and analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and continuously optimize the end-to-end ticket purchase and admission journey.
- Leverage fulfillment operations to build strong relationships with Malaysia’s live entertainment ecosystem, including promoters and agencies.
- Provide market insights on tour activities and industry dynamics to inform fulfillment strategy and partnership opportunities.
- Support HQ business development by enabling negotiations with key local partners and positioning the platform as a preferred ticketing partner for major Asian tours.
What you'll Need to Succeed
- English proficiency is required. Deep understanding of Malaysia’s music and live entertainment industry and familiarity with the operating models of major entertainment companies will be highly preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or business development in complex international environments.
- Able to go beyond execution, proactively identify growth opportunities from operational insights, and drive improvements.
- Strong ability to build and maintain long-term, trust-based partnerships with local industry stakeholders.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced and ambiguous environments; capable of coordinating cross-functional teams and solving complex challenges.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
