We’re looking for a commercially astute, strategically minded Partnership Manager to lead and scale some of our most critical alliances across the Mobility ecosystem.
This is not a relationship maintenance role. This is a growth architect role!
Working closely with the Director, you will own the commercial performance, strategic direction, and operational excellence of our partner network — unlocking new revenue streams, optimising performance, and delivering seamless payment experiences for customers across domestic and regional markets.
The Opportunity
Mobility Is Evolving Rapidly, In This Role, You Will
- Drive commercial growth across high-value strategic partnerships
- Lead rigorous, data-driven performance governance (QBRs that actually move the needle)
- Support complex deal negotiations and commercial modelling
- Orchestrate cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, Legal, Marketing and Commercial teams
- Solve real customer friction points in the payment journey
- Present strategic insights to executive and partner leadership teams
You’ll sit at the intersection of payments innovation, commercial strategy and operational execution.
What You’ll Be Accountable For
Commercial Growth & Value Creation
- Identify untapped revenue opportunities within existing alliances
- Build compelling financial models
- Support high-value contract negotiations focused on long-term value
Partnership Performance & Governance
- Establish clear KPIs and hold partners accountable
- Lead high-impact Quarterly Business Reviews
- Diagnose underperformance and drive corrective action
Strategic Execution
- Act as the connective tissue between technical and commercial teams
- Ensure integrations are seamless, scalable and customer-centric
- Navigate MSAs, SLAs and regulatory frameworks with confidence
Executive Influence
- Translate complex technical and financial data into clear strategic narratives
- Confidently challenge partners and internal stakeholders where required
- Drive alignment at senior leadership level
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years’ experience managing complex strategic partnerships in Payments, Acquiring, Issuing, FinTech or PayTech ecosystems
- Strong commercial acumen with proven negotiation capability
- Advanced financial modelling skills and data-driven decision making
- Ability to influence across Product, Engineering, Legal and C-suite stakeholders
- Experience working within regulated financial environments
- Exceptional communication and executive presence
