Senior Enterprise Sales Manager (FR/DE)

The Role
As a Senior Enterprise Sales Manager, you will drive high-value acquisitions and manage complex sales cycles within the French and German markets. We are looking for a strategic thinker who excels at navigating multi-layered stakeholder environments. You will position advanced financial technology and software solutions to major enterprise accounts, ensuring their commerce infrastructure is optimized for global growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Market Expansion: Develop and execute a territory plan to penetrate key enterprise sectors in France and Germany.
- Relationship Management: Build authentic, long-term partnerships with clients, leading the sales process from discovery to closing.
- Solution Consultation: Collaborate with clients to understand their technical and financial needs, tailoring payment and software integrations to solve their unique challenges.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales Engineering, Product, and Legal teams to ensure solutions meet both regulatory standards and client expectations.
- Revenue Forecasting: Maintain a disciplined pipeline and provide insights on market trends within the DACH and Western Europe regions.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Language Skills: Professional fluency in French / German is essential for this role, alongside English communication skills.
- Sales Background: Significant experience in B2B enterprise sales, ideally within FinTech, SaaS, or Payment Processing.
- Market Insight: A strong understanding of the Retail, Hospitality, or Luxury Goods sectors in Europe.
- Negotiation & Closing: A proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and build consensus among diverse stakeholder groups.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfort discussing technical concepts like API integrations and financial compliance.
