In this Role, you’ll get to
SEO & Content Strategy Leadership
- Lead SEO and content strategy for the SEA market, ensuring high content quality, strong local relevance, and measurable business impact.
- Own the end-to-end content planning across key destinations, verticals, and user journeys, aligned with traffic growth and order conversion goals.
- Ensure content meets both search engine requirements and user intent, improving engagement and conversion performance.
Large-Scale Website SEO Optimization
- Drive SEO optimization for large-scale websites (millions of pages and/or traffic scale)
- Collaborate with product and tech teams to implement SEO best practices at scale.
- Translate keyword insights into actionable content and landing page strategies to improve rankings and traffic quality.
SEO Project Planning & Execution
- Define clear KPIs and measurement frameworks based on data analysis and business objectives.
- Continuously optimize strategies to improve traffic quality, order volume, and ROI
Team Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Manage and mentor an SEO team of 10+ members, including goal setting, performance reviews, and skill development.
- Establish clear workflows, standards, and best practices to ensure high execution efficiency and output quality.
- Build a scalable team structure that supports long-term growth.
- Work closely with local market operation teams, content teams, product, tech, and marketing stakeholders
Competitor & Industry Analysis
- Analyze competitor SEO strategies and industry trends to identify opportunities and risks.
- Monitor changes in search engine algorithms, user behavior, and market dynamics.
- Proactively propose new SEO directions and innovative growth opportunities.
What you'll Need to Succeed
- 5+ years of SEO-related experience, with hands-on expertise in GSC, GA, and SEO analysis tools.
- People management experience will be highly advantageous.
- Ability to analyze complex data, summarize insights, and translate them into executable SEO strategies.
- English proficiency is required. Strong understanding of user behaviors, culture, and local market characteristics in SEA region.
- Strong sense of ownership, able to work independently while leading teams and projects.
