Manager, Co-Brand Credit Card Partnerships Japanは、IHGのカード発行会社およびネットワークパートナーと連携し、日本におけるIHGの新クレジットカードポートフォリオの立ち上げ支援ならびに商業的パフォーマンスの推進を担当します。これには、IHGおよびパートナーにおける技術開発の支援、マーケティングチームと連携した市場および当社ホテルにおける共同ブランドカードの認知度最適化、そして最終的にはカード新規契約と利用額の増加推進が含まれます。本ポジションは、地域全体のIHGコマーシャル部門、運営部門、マーケティング部門の同僚と連携し、コブランド・ポートフォリオがもたらす企業全体の利益を支援します。
- IHGおよびパートナー企業のマーケティング、テクノロジー、データ、オペレーションチームと連携し、日本向け共同ブランドカードポートフォリオのローンチ計画を主導する
- カード発行会社およびネットワーク事業者とのパートナー関係および契約を継続的に管理し、四半期ごとのビジネスレビューを実施する
- 業績動向と競合環境を分析し、カードの新規獲得、顧客維持、利用額、ウォレットシェア、エンゲージメント、収益を促進する施策を計画・実施する。これには増分収益を生み出すビジネスケースおよびマーケティングキャンペーンの開発が含まれる
- IHG財務部門と連携し、共同ブランド事業の損益計算書(P&L)、予算、予測を管理する
- IHGロイヤルティ部門と連携し、市場内での会員獲得と貢献目標を支援する
- ロイヤルティパフォーマンスチームと連携し、市場ニーズがグローバルなロイヤルティ&報酬戦略に反映されるよう確保する
- リージョナルコマーシャルフォーラムにおいて、プログラム及びパートナーシップを代表して発言する
学歴
- 関連分野の学士号または修士号、もしくはそれに相当する教育と経験の組み合わせ
必須経験・専門性
- 戦略、コンサルティング、プロフェッショナルサービス、および/またはロイヤルティプログラムクレジットカード管理における5年以上の段階的な経験と、商業的成功の実績(金融サービス、旅行、ホスピタリティ業界での経験が望ましい)

The Manager of Japan Co-Brand Partnerships will be responsible for supporting the launch of IHG’s new credit card portfolio in Japan, and for driving it’s commercial performance, in collaboration with IHG’s card issuer and network partners. This will include supporting technology developments at IHG and partners, working alongside marketing teams to optimize Co-Brand card awareness in market and with our hotels, and ultimately driving increased card acquisition and spend. The position will work together with IHG commercial, operational and marketing colleagues across the region to support the enterprise-wide benefits of the Co-Brand portfolio.
- Lead the launch plan for the Japan Co-Brand card portfolio, alongside IHG and partner marketing, technology, data and operational teams
- Manage partner relationships and contracts with card issuer and network ongoing, including quarterly business reviews
- Analyze performance trends and the competitive environment, to plan and implement initiatives that drive card acquisition, retention, spend, share of wallet, engagement and revenue. This includes development of business cases and marketing campaigns that generate incremental revenue.
- Manage the Co-Brand P&L, budgets and forecasts, alongside IHG Finance
- Collaborate with IHG Loyalty colleagues to support in-market member acquisition and contribution objectives.
- Collaborate with Loyalty Performance team to ensure that market needs are incorporated into the global L&P strategy
- Help represent the program & partnerships in regional commercial forums
Educational Attainment
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in relevant discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Critical Experience & Expertise
- 5+ years progressive experience with demonstrated commercial success in strategy, consulting, professional services and/or loyalty program credit card management, preferably in financial services, travel or hospitality
Technical Skills & Knowledge
- Industry Knowledge - Experience and understanding of loyalty programs, credit cards and global travel consumer trends
