KPMG Lakehouse boasts 800 single king bed sleeping rooms, over 100,000 square feet of multi-purpose meeting space, along with 4 unique food and beverage venues including a 500+ seat three meal venue that features 8 diverse culinary experiences.

Food & Beverage Manager responsibilities include:
- Partner closely with senior food & beverage leadership to cultivate a high‑performing team, ensuring colleagues are expertly trained and empowered to deliver an elevated experience across campus outlets.
- Contribute to thoughtful menu planning and provide support for colleagues during peak service periods to maintain a seamless, hospitality‑focused environment.
- Maintain deep knowledge of local regulations and organizational policies related to food and beverage service, ensuring all team members are confidently trained and empowered in compliance standards.
- Collaborate with team leaders to design and implement creative enhancements that enrich the participant experience, leveraging partnerships with facility leaders and external vendors to bring innovative concepts to life.
- Work in alignment with the Event Planning team to strategically schedule, ensuring optimal coverage and delivering a cohesive F&B experience for all participants and colleagues.
- Uphold and reinforce company policies and procedures, modeling consistency and accountability to support a culture of operational excellence.
- Monitor and manage budgets & expenses with a focus on cost control, inventory stewardship, and financial sustainability across direct outlets.
- Mentor in growth and development, particularly skilled in coaching direct reports, strengthening their professional brand, and cultivating a positive, high‑performing culture throughout designated venues
- Leverage data to identify meaningful, realistic opportunities that enhance service experiences and optimize daily operations. Skilled in translating insights into action, ensuring variety, service excellence, and quality while driving innovation and sustaining an engaging, people‑centered culture for both guests and staff.
- Ability to integrate efficiencies across operations while leveraging multiple platforms to communicate food information, streamline workflows, and enhance the overall service experience.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in food and beverage leadership, preferably in a similar setting
- Refined oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, participants and business partners
- Established experience as a team leader, with proven ability to strategically install practices to achieve business goals and motivate team members
- Strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
- The ideal candidate of this position will possess the ability to adapt to various situations as they arise, display empathy in all interactions with both colleagues and participants, evaluate departmental practices in an effort to continually enhance the participant experience, and encourage collaboration and creativity among team members
