We are seeking an experienced Dual Sales Manager to support a Courtyard and Fairfield Inn & Suites in Clarksville, TN. This role is responsible for driving revenue through local negotiated corporate accounts, group business, and community relationships.
Responsibilities Include
Actively solicit and secure local negotiated rate (LNR) accounts with a strong focus on production and retention
Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, and key community partners
Grow corporate, group, and extended stay business for both hotels
Conduct sales calls, site tours, and networking activities
Manage accounts, contracts, and production tracking
Collaborate with hotel leadership to achieve revenue goals.
Qualifications
Prior hospitality sales experience required
Proven success with local negotiated rate production
Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
Marriott Brand Experience Preferred
Base Salary plus Bonus Structure, Dental, Vision, Medical Benefits available. $45,000-$55,000
