Role Description
We are seeking a motivated Management Trainee to join our dynamic team in Kansas City, MO. This is a full-time, on-site role that provides hands-on training and development in various aspects of business operations, including customer service, sales, administrative tasks, and leadership. As a Management Trainee, you will work closely with our leadership team to gain a comprehensive understanding of our business and prepare for future leadership opportunities within the company. Your day will involve engaging with customers, assisting in daily operations, and contributing to team initiatives to achieve business goals.
