Role Overview
We are seeking a Program Manager III- Non IT (US - Contract) to join our team. In this role, you will be driving increasingly complex technical projects and requiring coordination within an organization. You’ll be proactively identifying and mitigate risks to ensure success of the program.
Key Responsibilities
- Support planning and coordination of finance programs and activities with a focus area of accounting and finance system enhancements.
- Ensure implementation of enhancements and changes to our systems and processes.
- Maintain budget and track expenditures/transactions. Manage communications with key stakeholders.
- Help build positive relationships within the team and finance community.
- Schedule and organize meetings/events and maintain agenda.
- Support growth and program development.
- Level III Senior resource with considerable and extensive experience.
- Understands and integrates timelines and milestones across projects within team portfolio, identifying areas of synergy or dependency.
- Demonstrates understanding of the financial impact of decisions/solutions to drive projects and analyses that support the organization’s mission.

- Gains stakeholder trust by effectively addressing concerns to further long-term interests.
- Helps customers explore and understand their wider business challenges.

- Assists the team in creating project plans, defining timeframe, and prioritizing tasks to achieve project milestones and delivering intended objectives.
- Manage team bandwidth and project assignments.
- Monitors project progress to ensure health of overall portfolio.
- Trains team adhere to relevant project management best practices.
- Manages project portfolio with prioritization derived from senior leadership.
- Escalates portfolio issues to leadership for resolution.
- Evaluates current team projects or goals and identifies the relevant skills and expertise needed to accomplish them.
- Plans for and distributes necessary financial/material resources to ensure accomplishment of team goals.
