Join our team of elite hospitality professionals at the state of the art, KPMG Lakehouse in Lake Nona. KPMG Lakehouse boasts 800 single king bed sleeping rooms, over 100,000 square feet of multi-purpose meeting space, along with 4 unique food and beverage venues including a 500+ seat three meal venue that features 8 diverse culinary experiences.
Supervisors possess strong leadership, communication and relationship skills. They are expected to support senior leadership by developing and assuming basic management responsibilities. This role leads other associates by coaching, giving direction and may include training, scheduling, payroll and interviewing.
Lobby Experience Supervisors lead the hosts whom are responsible for the participant registration process and communication of facility services. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires.
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate of this position will possess the ability to adapt to various situations as they arise, display empathy in all interactions with colleagues and participants
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
- Refined verbal and written communication skills.
- Hotel operations experience and a thorough understanding of Lobby Experience operations is preferred.
