We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with exceptional craft and a systems mindset to help evolve and scale Trip.com's visual output. This role goes beyond execution. You will play a key part in shaping design quality, improving workflows, and enabling scalable creative production across channels.
You'll collaborate closely with marketing, product, and growth teams while also contributing to design operations, automation, and AI-driven creative processes.
In this Role, you’ll get to
- Lead high-quality visual design execution across campaigns, CRM, in-app, landing pages, and other digital touchpoints, ensuring exceptional craft and attention to detail.
- Own and evolve brand systems, ensuring consistency while enabling flexibility for local and global campaigns.
- Drive scalable design solutions, creating templates, modular systems, and reusable components to support high-volume asset production.
- Partner with marketing and growth teams to translate business goals into compelling, high-performing creative concepts.
- Contribute to Design Ops, improving workflows, documentation, and collaboration between design, marketing, and external stakeholders.
- Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies (e.g., generative design, image creation, automation tools) to enhance productivity and creative exploration.
- Explore and implement automation for scale, helping define pipelines for faster and more efficient asset creation (e.g., bulk generation, localization, personalization).
- Provide art direction and mentorship, elevating the quality of work across the team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product designers, copywriters, and marketers to deliver cohesive experiences.
- Stay ahead of design and technology trends, bringing new ideas to improve both creative output and team efficiency.
What you'll Need to Succeed
- 5+ years of experience in graphic/visual design, preferably in B2C, digital-first, or high-scale environments.
- Outstanding design craft, with a portfolio that demonstrates strong typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling.
- Experience working with design systems, templates, and scalable creative frameworks.
- Familiarity with Design Ops principles, including workflow optimization and cross-team collaboration.
- Strong understanding of AI tools for design (e.g., generative AI, image/video tools) and their practical application in production workflows.
- Experience or strong interest in automation for creative production (e.g., scripting, dynamic templates, creative automation platforms).
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and modern tools like Figma.
- Solid understanding of motion design principles (bonus if hands-on).
- Ability to balance speed and quality in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions and influence stakeholders.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams with marketing, product, and engineering.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive improvements independently.

- Familiarity with creative automation tools
