In this Role, you’ll get to:
- Plan and produce online design assets across internal and external channels
- Conceptualize campaign visuals based on creative briefs
- Adapt and resize graphics for various media and formats
- Ensure brand guideline compliance and visual consistency across all outputs
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders and incorporate feedback
- Build and manage design systems and components using Figma
- Streamline design workflows and accelerate production using in-house AI tools
- Analyze design performance using internal and external data and propose improvements
- Monitor industry trends and participate in creative brainstorming sessions
What you'll Need to Succeed:
Core Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in marketing/advertising graphic design
- Portfolio submission + design assignment required
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred
- Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Figma)
- Good understanding of desktop/mobile web UI
- Strong time management and multitasking ability
AI & Collaboration Tools
- Figma proficiency — components, auto layout, design systems
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted design tools
- Experience improving turnaround speed using AI tools is a plus
- Experience with Figma-based team collaboration and developer handoff
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with Figma plugins and workflow automation
- Understanding of AI prompt engineering and applying brand guidelines within AI workflows
- Motion graphics / video editing experience (After Effects, Premiere)
- Native Korean speaker with professional working proficiency in English
