Recruiter, you’re not just supervising the recruitment process – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest, every team member, and every candidate.
Responsibilities
Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:
- Support daily recruitment operations: Assist in arranging interviews, communicating with candidates, and speaking at public events to promote our company as a workplace.
- Enhance team member engagement: Coordinate internship programs, special open company events, and engagement initiatives to foster a welcoming culture
- Manage HR systems and reporting: Oversee team member data entry, especially the onboarding process, collaborating with the Labor Management Team.
- Inspire and develop the prospected team members: Support pending team members through the onboarding journey and inspire them to have positive energy before their joining date.
- Be the contact person for the relocation process: Support the pending team members of their relocation to Miyako Island. Communicate their arrival date and arrange with respective departments to arrange their housing etc.

In Addition, This Role Requires The Following Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3–5 years in the hospitality or service-oriented industries.
- Strong verbal and written communication; able to interact in both English and Japanese effectively with candidates.
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Approachable, empathetic, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Adherence to the highest professional ethics and standards, maintaining integrity and transparency.
