As part of the Value Prop Team, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating and optimizing team dynamics to enhance overall performance. This initiative focuses on team well-being, performance analysis, trend identification, and recommendations that align with strategic objectives. Your work will contribute to maximizing productivity and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Measure and analyze team performance and identify patterns for further investigation
- Implement project management skills and practices
- Collaborate across business units with various stakeholders in a professional setting
- Provide feedback to improve team workflows, team effectiveness, and evaluate impact
- Participate in data collection efforts impacting cross-functional departments
- Identify and implement improvements to existing processes to increase efficiency and productivity
What You Need To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)
- Undergraduate student pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, Operations Management, Analytics, Statistics, or related field
- Must be available for the duration of the internship program
- Enrolled in an accredited college or university during participation
- Professional communication skills with all leadership levels
- Team-oriented mindset with focus on continuous improvement
- Strong organizational, project management, and written/verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Basic data analytics proficiency
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
- Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
- Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
- Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
