We are looking for a pro-active team player with a passion for travel and great organizational skills, to join our happy team in London, providing administrative support to the hotel partners and the hotel supply network.
Responsibilities:
- Support the team with the maintenance of relationships with local hotel partners,
- and coordinate with other departments involved in the assigned project
- Ensure competitiveness of hotels within portfolio
- Participate in market and competition research
- Prepare business review reports as necessary
- Help hotels to solve issues relating to accounting, allotment, notification,
- cancellations, etc.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English; proficiency in any Nordic language (e.g. Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Finnish) is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Detail-oriented and a fast learner, able to offer a consultative approach to our partners.
- 1–2 years’ experience in Travel & Tourism or E‑commerce industry – ideally Account Management or Revenue Management
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate a strong sense of ownership.
- Dynamic, proactive, positive and a strong team player.
- Start-up background and the ability to multitask are a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-growing company and quickly adapt to change.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Google Workspace.
- Relevant experience in an OTA environment is an asset.
- Strong commitment, proactivity, sense of ownership and enthusiasm, with a genuine desire to grow and learn.
