This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) governs the processing of personal data in connection with the use of the Stryyde platform, operated by RaizUp (legal entity: WeRaizUp Kft.) (the “Platform”), and any related websites, services, tools, or applications (collectively, the “Services”).

Stryyde is a job marketplace connecting Job Seekers with Employers. We process personal data to provide recruitment, matching, communication, and payment-related services in a secure and compliant manner.

By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that your personal data will be processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

This site is protected by reCAPTCHA and the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

This Privacy Policy applies to the following categories of users:

  • Job Seekers – individuals seeking employment opportunities
  • Employers – companies or representatives posting jobs or accessing candidate profiles

The Services are intended exclusively for users 18 years of age or older.

3. PERSONAL DATA WE PROCESS

3.1 Data provided directly by you

Depending on your role and use of the Platform, we may process:

  • Identification data – name, email address, phone number
  • Account data – login credentials, account settings
  • Professional data – CVs, resumes, cover letters, work experience, education, skills, languages
  • Application data – job applications, messages, interview-related communications
  • Employer data – company name, role, billing details, job listings
  • Payment data – billing information processed via Stripe (we do not store full card details)

3.2 Data collected automatically

When you use the Services, we may collect:

  • IP address, device type, browser information
  • Usage data and interaction data
  • Analytics and behavioral data via tools such as Google Analytics (GA4) and Hotjar

3.3 Data from third parties

We may receive limited data from third-party services used to operate the Platform, strictly for service delivery and operational purposes.

4. PROFILE VISIBILITY AND DATA SHARING

  • Job Seeker profiles are private by default
  • Profiles are not publicly visible and are not indexed by search engines
  • Job Seeker data is shared only:
  • When a Job Seeker applies for a role, or
  • When a Job Seeker explicitly consents to sharing their profile with a specific Employer, or
  • Where sharing is required to deliver the core functionality of the Platform

Once a Job Seeker’s data is shared with an Employer, the Employer acts as an independent data controller for that data.

5. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING

We process personal data for the following purposes:

  • Providing and operating the Platform and Services
  • Enabling recruitment, job matching, and communication
  • Managing user accounts and support requests
  • Processing payments and subscriptions
  • Improving platform performance and user experience
  • Ensuring security, fraud prevention, and compliance
  • Fulfilling legal and regulatory obligations
  • Sending service-related communications
  • Sending promotional communications where legally permitted

Legal bases include:

  • Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
  • Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)

These providers process data only on our instructions and under appropriate data protection safeguards.
