I’ve built and scaled revenue engines by staying close to the numbers and the customer: improving performance for a global, regional and local hotel brand, helping scale an OTA in high-growth markets, and leading the expansion of a hotel direct-channel SaaS (booking engine).
My work has consistently focused on practical growth levers - UX and website conversion, booking engine features, pricing/offer strategy, and performance marketing across SEM, CRM/email, social, acquisition, and retention.
More recently, I’ve led experiences sourcing and strategic partnerships across Europe, combining supply strategy, account growth, and marketplace optimization to drive availability, quality, and commercial impact.
Right now, I’m adding AI-driven transformation to my toolkit - how to apply AI in a pragmatic way to improve decision-making, automate what’s repetitive, and scale growth with measurable, repeatable processes.
