I started my career in hotel operations and revenue management, where I worked hands-on with PMS, channel managers, OTAs, and pricing strategies. I understand how distribution, inventory, and pricing decisions are made and where systems break down in real-world use.
As a UX Designer at Szallas Group, I build on this foundation by researching and improving B2B platforms used by accommodation partners. I focus on internal tools and partner-facing systems where usability directly impacts revenue, efficiency, and adoption.
