During a decade in enterprise sales, I worked for or sold to companies such as Bertelsmann, Deutsche Telekom, Vodafone, Telefonica, and Hewlett Packard, gaining exposure across all continents. In the following ten years, I focused on go-to-market strategies in the SaaS industry, particularly for scale-ups in the hospitality sector, while managing and growing successful sales teams.
Through my experience and network I give guidance in developing and executing go-to-market strategies while helping companies scale sales operations. I coach sales teams following MEDDIC and Challenger Sales methodologies, complemented by situational negotiation training. I support businesses in hiring and developing high-performing sales teams, ensuring the balance between sales, customer success, and support functions.
