1. OWNERSHIP OF THE WEBSITE, ACCEPTANCE AND UPDATES OF THE TERMS OF USE

  1. Welcome to Stryyde, operated by RaizUp Kft. (WeRaizUp Kft., Varga Rita Jusztina, 1054 Budapest, Honvéd u 8 l.em 2, Hungary) (hereinafter referred to as “Stryyde”, the “Company”, the “Site” or the “Platform”).
  2. You can contact Stryyde via email at hello@stryyde.jobs.
  3. Stryyde connects job seekers with employers in the travel and hospitality industry. We provide a platform for career advancement and talent acquisition.
  4. By registering on Stryyde and using the Site, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with WeRaizUp Kft. based on these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, and you become a Stryyde user (“User”).
  5. If you are using Stryyde on behalf of a company, your relationship may also be governed by an additional agreement with the Company.
  6. If you do not wish to become a User, do not click “Register” or access the Site. Any use of Stryyde confirms your acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
  7. Stryyde may amend these Terms at any time. Users are encouraged to check this page periodically. Substantive changes will be communicated via email or notification on the platform.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Stryyde provides online services to Users, including but not limited to:

  • My Profile: Personalized page for Users, editable at any time.
  • Job Applications: Job seekers can view positions and submit applications.
  • Job Posting: Employers can post, manage, and edit positions.
  • Directory & Search: Employers and job seekers can review profiles and filter through the network.
  • Payments: Employers can manage subscriptions and payments via Stripe.
  • Messaging: All Users can contact Stryyde through the “Contact Us” page.

3. CONDITIONS OF USE AND PROPER USE OF STRYYDE

3.1 Stryyde may be accessed and used by:

  • Job Seekers: Individuals 18+ looking for employment opportunities.
  • Employers: Companies posting jobs and reviewing applications.
  • Stryyde Team: Users managing and maintaining the platform.

3.2 Users agree to use the Platform lawfully and not engage in:

  • Copying, modifying, sublicensing, reselling, or commercializing Stryyde services.
  • Using another User’s account or impersonating others.
  • Uploading illegal, harmful, offensive, or infringing content.
  • Collecting personal data of other users beyond what the platform allows.
  • Using the platform to create databases, spam, or solicit commercially.
  • Introducing viruses or harmful software.

3.3 Users warrant that:

  • They are not prohibited from having a Stryyde account.
  • They are not competitors misusing the platform.
  • They have full authority to accept these Terms.

3.4 Stryyde reserves the right to deny or revoke access for violations or any reason.

4. OBLIGATIONS OF USERS

  • Users must provide accurate, up-to-date information.
  • Job seekers must upload a clear profile photo; employers must provide accurate company logos.
  • Users are responsible for securing their account credentials.
  • Users must comply with privacy, confidentiality, and all applicable laws.
  • Users may not delete or modify content posted by others without consent.
  • Users may not misuse, spam, or harass other Users.

5. USER INFORMATION

  • Profiles are private by default and only shared with selected employers.
  • Stryyde may use job seeker CVs internally for matching and talent management.
  • Users can edit or delete content at any time.
  • All data is subject to our Privacy Policy.

6. USER COMMUNICATIONS AND POSTS

  • Communications must be professional and relevant to job applications or employer interactions.
  • Users assume all risks when interacting with other Users.
  • Stryyde is not responsible for misuse of posted content or communications.

7. PRIVACY AND COOKIES

  • Users must review our Privacy Policy before using the Platform.
  • Stryyde does not currently maintain a separate Cookies Policy.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • Stryyde owns the Platform, trademarks, domain names, and content.
  • Users retain ownership of their uploaded content but grant Stryyde the right to use it for internal purposes and matching.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring they have rights to any content uploaded.

9. PAYMENTS

  • Fees are billed via Stripe on a monthly or yearly subscription basis.
  • Payments are non-refundable once the service is activated.
  • Users will receive invoices and may request them via email.
  • Stryyde does not store or access bank information.

10. TERM AND TERMINATION

  • Users may delete or deactivate accounts at any time.
  • Stryyde may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or misuse.
  • Termination may disable access and remove content.
  • Subscription agreements automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

  • The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of functionality, accuracy, or error-free use.
  • Stryyde is not responsible for disputes between Users or for content posted by third parties.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • Stryyde implements reasonable security measures but is not liable for attacks or issues outside its control.
  • Users agree that any use of the Platform is at their own risk.

13. GOVERNING LAW

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Disputes are subject to Hungarian courts.
