Role Overview:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential new customers (Hospitality) in Austria and Germany to use our PMS products (Protel and payments).
You will work closely with the sales team to generate high-quality leads and ensure a smooth and effective sales process.
What you'll do:
- Identify and research potential customers in defined target markets
- Initiate contact with leads via phone, email, and social media
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria
- Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team
- Maintain and update CRM system with relevant information
- Collaborate closely with marketing to optimize campaigns
- Participate in sales meetings and report on activities regularly
Who You Are:
- First experience in sales or customer acquisition is a plus
- Strong communication skills and customer orientation
- Independent and structured way of working
- Confident handling of CRM systems and MS Office
- Fluent in German and Spanish and good command of English
