People Services Specialist, Japan & Korea
Summary Of The Role
You’ll provide accurate and timely HR operational support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. This role focuses on process efficiency, data integrity, and creating positive employee experience for Amadeus Japan and South Korea entities.
In This Role You’ll / Your Main Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records in HR Information Systems (HRIS) & Workday, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection laws.
- Carry out onboarding, offboarding, and employment changes in line with global and local policies.
- Prepare and validate employment contracts and other HR documentation to meet legal and company requirements.
- Collaborate with payroll teams to ensure accurate processing of salary, benefits, and statutory deductions.
- Support People Partner to respond on benefits, letters and updates on Workday
About The Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree and equivalent experience in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in HR operations, Payroll or shared services.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and payroll processes.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in English and Japanese. Demonstrated proficiency in Korean is regarded as an asset.
