Job Description
Social Media & Influencer Partnerships
- Own the day-to-day management of social media channels and influencer partnerships. Lead content planning, creator collaborations, and activations to craft engaging storytelling that connects with audiences across paid, owned, and earned touchpoints.
Regional Coordination
- Partner with regional teams to bring social and influencer strategies to life, sharing best practices and ensuring consistent, high-quality execution across markets. Help embed social into wider marketing initiatives to amplify brand impact globally.
Project Management & Campaign Execution
- Drive the delivery of editorial calendars, content, campaigns, and activations with a 360° approach, ensuring social is fully integrated into cross-channel brand and campaigns.
Agency Management & Cross-Functional Integration
- Lead collaboration with agency partners and internal teams across Brand Marketing, Brand Experience, Digital, and Loyalty. Ensure social and influencer initiatives are executed seamlessly and fully integrated into broader marketing programs.
Performance Measurement & Reporting
- Lead paid social boosting initiatives and overall channel performance. Analyze results across paid, organic, and influencer
Qualifications
- Degree in Communication, Marketing, or Business
- 4-5+ years’ experience in Marketing, with proven expertise in social media & influencer management
- Strong affinity with hospitality
- Experienced in connecting social initiatives to broader marketing and brand campaigns
- Agency management or background
