Role Overview
This is not a build-from-zero role—this is a scale-and-win role, supported by an existing client base and qualified pipeline.
What You’ll Do
Account Ownership & Strategy
- Manage complex enterprise relationships across Corporate Accounts
- Retain and grow existing revenue while identifying new opportunities
- Develop and execute detailed account plans, including:
- Value propositions
- Organizational mapping
- ROI analysis for each opportunity
- Competitive positioning
- Relationship strategy
Sales Execution
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and quotas
- Develop and present ROI-driven solution proposals
- Lead executive-level presentations and negotiations
- Identify and create opportunities beyond core offerings in partnership with Enterprise Development
- Close complex, high-value deals in a professional and effective manner
Client Engagement
- Build deep, strategic partnerships with stakeholders across all levels, including C-suite
- Conduct regular in-person meetings to strengthen relationships and uncover new opportunities
Forecasting & Planning
- Develop and maintain short- and long-term sales plans
- Deliver accurate forecasting with ~80% commit accuracy
- Produce regular pipeline reports and quarterly plans
- Track and analyze sales data using CRM tools to inform strategy
- Align account strategy with broader company and market initiatives
What You Bring
- 7–10 years of experience in enterprise software or payment B2B solutions sales
- Proven success managing corporate/enterprise accounts
- Consistent track record of exceeding quota and revenue goals
- Strong experience in consultative, solution-based selling
- Ability to develop and communicate ROI-driven business cases
- Executive presence with credibility in C-suite conversations
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, or hospitality is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Willingness to travel as needed
