Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Brand Management:
- Implement global brand strategy that relates to local business goals and drive brand awareness, engagement, and desirability for the Trip.com brand.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of local market, business, target audience, competitive scenes, and latest trends for continuous evolution of brand strategy for the Trip.com brand.
- Implement global brand guidelines to ensure brand consistency and integrity across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
Brand Marketing Campaign Management
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce creative content that resonates with our target audience.
- Design and implement high-impact, multi-channel marketing campaigns, leveraging both traditional and digital media.
- Negotiate effectively with media partners to secure the best rates and placements for advertising campaigns.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts and drive brand growth.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform strategic decisions.
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI.
Qualifications:
- Native Japanese speaker with exceptional proficiency in English. Additional language skills in Korean or Chinese are advantageous.
- A minimum of 6+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably within a travel/e-commerce/online platform or a leading creative agency.
- Proven track record of independently managing successful campaigns to deliver powerful brand communication, including planning, testing, creative development, and on-going optimizations
- Able to communicate with and influence people from cross-functional/cross-regional teams and diverse backgrounds to drive effective results
- Have sharp and creative eyes, pay close attention to detail, and able to review, evaluate, identify, and guide the best-in-class brand marketing programs and brand related materials across all media channels
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing large-scale brand marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- In-depth knowledge in traditional and digital marketing channels, including TVC, OOH, Digital, and influencer marketing.
- Proven experience managing marketing budgets and delivering measurable results.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Passion for travel and a deep understanding of the travel industry landscape.
