Tasks
- Independent supervision of projects related to the guest experience in Lufthansa Lounges, from conception to implementation
- Carrying out quality checks in Lufthansa Lounges in Germany and Europe
- Evaluation of quality values of Lufthansa Lounges in Germany, Europe and worldwide
- Support and collaboration in international service provider and partner management
- Processing of information and preparation of management meetings

Requirements
In Product Management, we work conceptually and analytically and have a close relationship with the operations of Lufthansa Lounges.
- Enrolled for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (Gap Year)
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills
- Very good MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Previous knowledge and experience in gastronomy an advantage
- Very high level of self-motivation, commitment and hands-on mentality
- Independent and structured way of working
- Willingness to travel in Germany and Europe
