This is your chance to be part of an in-house Commercial Services team that propels Hilton's sales, revenue management, call center, and analytics functions! As a
Domestic Sales Manager, you will support the areas which are at the core of Hilton's "commercial engine" and are important to Hilton's ability to achieve profitable growth.
Supporting Conrad Punta Mita, you will be responsible for the solicitation of new customer relationships and accounts, including Incentive, Domestic, and HWS Accounts, as well as maintaining existing accounts, while consistently striving to increase revenue and promote relationships through effective negotiation of guest rooms for assigned Mexican Resorts.
Responsibilities
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Manage national account engagement: Serve as the primary contact for national clients, handling inquiries, building relationships, and ensuring high client satisfaction
- Lead end-to-end sales process: Prospect and qualify leads, conduct site visits, craft tailored proposals, negotiate terms, and secure contracts that drive group and event revenue
- Develop data-informed sales strategies: Create and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue and room night goals, using performance analysis and market trends to guide strategy
- Support exceptional service delivery: Collaborate across departments to coordinate the fulfillment of contracted services and uphold the highest standards of client satisfaction
- Represent the hotel in-market: Travel to key markets and tradeshows to promote the hotel, build brand presence, and assess competitive positioning
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of experience in Upper Upscale or Luxury hotels.
- Experience managing Corporate, Incentive (MICE), and Domestic Market segments.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Experience in consultative sales, negotiation, and business development.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Results-driven with a strategic and commercial mindset.
