Exploring the role
We are seeking an experienced Revenue Manager with a strong background in account management and hands-on expertise using data science-driven Revenue Management Systems (RMS). The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role as a RevAI Consultant, working with clients to implement, optimize, and maximize the value of RevAI solutions, driving revenue growth and operational efficiency.
How your day will look like/Job responsibility
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them understand and leverage RevAI's capabilities.
- Provide strategic recommendations to improve revenue performance using data-driven insights.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to inform dynamic pricing strategies.
- Implement and optimize revenue strategies using advanced RMS tools like RevAI.
- Interpret complex data sets to extract actionable insights for clients.
- Collaborate with data scientists and technical teams to customize RMS functionalities for unique business needs.
- Train clients on using RevAI and other RMS tools effectively.
- Develop resources and documentation to support client adoption of RevAI.
- Partner with internal teams to improve RevAI’s features and offerings based on client feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends and contribute innovative ideas to enhance product offerings.
- Keen business acumen to spot revenue opportunities and farm the accounts for growth year on year
- Retention monetization and revenue expansion by meeting and exceeding NRR and GRR for the portfolio
Education & Work Experience
- 10 - 12 years of experience Revenue Management with a track record of success
- Bachelor’s/Masters degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Knowledge
- In-Depth knowledge of hospitality/travel technology or SaaS/B2B product offerings.
- Exposure to data science-driven RMS solutions for Hotels such as: Duetto, IDeaS Revenue Solutions, Atomize, or similar.
- Exposure to data science-driven RMS solutions for Airlines such as: Amadeus Altéa Revenue Management, Sabre AirVision Revenue Optimizer, FLYR, PROS, or similar.
- Expertise in understanding of Market Dynamics & Travel /Hospitality Industry trends.
- Good understanding of client servicing strategies.
- Understanding of escalation handling procedures.
- In-depth understanding of hotel distribution technology is preferred (including connection with OTAs, GDS, content etc.)
