What we are looking to hire:
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Senior Partner – Regional Marketing (APMEA) to drive field marketing and account activation programs across the APMEA region.
This role requires close collaboration with Sales, SDR teams, and Product Marketing Managers to align on regional priorities, develop localized campaigns, and deliver actionable insights that accelerate pipeline growth. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in B2B SaaS or marketing agencies and will operate as the regional marketing lead for GTM activation in India, MEA, SEA, Africa, and GCC markets.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Regional GTM & Marketing Support- The Senior Partner – Regional Marketing acts as a strategic partner to regional Sales, SDR, and Product Marketing teams across APMEA. You will align on regional priorities, target personas, and localized messaging to ensure GTM motions resonate within India, MEA, SEA, Africa, and GCC markets. This role converts regional market research and insights into actionable activation plans, account mapping support, and persona-aligned narratives that directly strengthen SDR outreach and Sales effectiveness.
- ABM & Strategic Account Activation- You will execute light-touch Account-Based Marketing programs for approximately 40 to 50 strategic enterprise accounts within the APMEA region. The focus of this responsibility is on developing account insights, localized messaging packs, and follow-up enablement narratives for SDR and Sales teams. While not owning event operations, this role supports pre-campaign targeting and post-campaign account acceleration to improve engagement, conversions, and pipeline movement.
- Thought Leadership & Content Support- This role supports the localization and creation of regional content assets including APMEA-focused decks, customer success stories, industry POVs, and tailored narratives. Working closely with Product Marketing Managers, you will adapt global messaging frameworks to region-specific needs and personas. The Senior Partner functions as a core storyteller, identifying customer advocacy opportunities and amplifying them through social channels and leadership collaboration.
- Regional Insights & Market Intelligence- The Senior Partner owns the regional intelligence engine tracking competitor strategies, market shifts, buyer challenges, and hospitality and airline industry dynamics. Insights gathered are transformed into actionable GTM recommendations and shared regularly with Sales, SDR, PMMs, and leadership teams. You will present structured quarterly intelligence updates that influence campaign planning, outreach strategy, and regional marketing priorities.
- Pipeline Support & Nurture Collaboration- You will partner with the Demand and Pipeline Executive to refine persona mapping, nurturing scripts, and campaign messaging for the APMEA region. The responsibility centers on enabling effective inbound lead follow-ups and SDR outreach content without owning lead operations. Through strategic insight sharing, this role ensures Sales teams are equipped with narratives that accelerate deal progression and revenue impact across the region.
Skills:
- 5 to 8 years of experience strictly in B2B SaaS marketing with direct involvement in regional GTM support and field marketing motions
- Preference to candidates with background in hospitality, travel-tech, or aviation SaaS and understanding of APMEA enterprise buyer personas
- Proven ability to plan and execute regional campaigns and ABM activation programs aligned with Sales and SDR priorities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking to convert market intelligence into localized marketing actions
- Hands-on expertise in using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for tracking leads, pipeline influence, and account mapping
- Experience with collaborative tools such as Figma and AI-powered productivity platforms to support content localization, thought leadership, and customer advocacy
