The International Business Unit (IBU) at Trip.com is responsible for driving the company's growth in global markets. Focused on strategic partnerships and market expansion, the IBU team works across regions to enhance Trip.com's presence, build relationships, and deliver tailored solutions to meet local needs.
Join our Business Development & Partnerships team in Amsterdam. This team drives growth by building and strategically managing digital partnerships across Europe, focusing on scalable, data-driven performance marketing.
In this Role, you’ll get to
- Identify, negotiate, and manage performance marketing-focused partnerships across key verticals in the European market, including retargeting, display, media buy, affiliates, and other channels that support Trip.com’s growth.
- Execute data-driven commercial deals and optimise campaigns to achieve targeted growth, conversion, and ROI metrics for the Trip.com brand across Europe and worldwide.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Product, Operations, Supply, Finance) on initiatives that increase demand and scale up partnership success.
- Build, maintain, and develop strong long-term relationships with partners, focusing on measurable performance, campaign optimisation, and revenue growth.
- Monitor market trends, identify competitive threats, and propose effective, actionable solutions for continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute strategies aligned with team and business goals using advanced performance marketing knowledge.
- Report on key analytics metrics, conversion data, and best practices, driving decisions with actionable insights.
What you'll Need to Succeed
- Minimum 3 year' experience in business development/performance marketing, with a focus on (CPS/CPA/CPC/CPM), affiliate marketing, online media buying, etc. in European markets.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing channels, paid marketing campaigns, affiliate platforms, and campaign analytics.
- Proven record of negotiating and managing data-driven partnership deals.
- Deep understanding of online travel, ecommerce, or related industries.
- Fluent in English; other European languages are an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-starter, independent, detail-oriented and highly results-driven.
- Experience with UI/UX and conversion rate optimisation is a plus.
- Experience working in a multinational company is preferred.
