Senior Specialist, People Partner
Purpose of the Role
The Senior Specialist, People Partner plays a key role in delivering consistent, high‑quality People & Culture support to the business. This role focuses on employee lifecycle operations, policy guidance, and employee experience, while collaborating with managers and stakeholders to support organizational priorities and a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Own and deliver end‑to‑end People & Culture operational activities, including employee lifecycle management, Human Resources Information System (HRIS) transactions (such as Workday), documentation, and compliance processes.
- Act as a reliable point of contact for employees, providing clear, fair, and empathetic guidance on policies, workplace concerns, conflict resolution, and case management, while maintaining confidentiality.
- Ensure accurate and timely HRIS updates, data integrity, and adherence to internal policies, controls, and audit requirements.
- Prepare and support people‑related insights, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for business and leadership discussions.
- Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen employee experience, and support culture‑building initiatives aligned with organizational values.
About The Ideal Candidate
- Brings 7+ years relevant experience in HR operations, HR partnering, or people services, with exposure to employee lifecycle and case management processes.
- Has hands‑on experience with HRIS platforms (for example, Workday or similar systems) for transactions, reporting, compliance and employee data management.
- Demonstrates clear and inclusive written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain policies and complex information in an accessible way.
- Shows professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment when handling sensitive employee matters and workplace concerns.
- Is comfortable working with a high level of autonomy while collaborating effectively with colleagues, managers, and cross‑functional partners.
