Responsibilities
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Sales Strategy & Market Development
- Lead the sales effort for Diplomatic, EMEA and APAC market segments.
- Identify, solicit, and convert high-value transient business from embassies, consulates, government delegations, international organizations and high-net-worth individuals.
- Develop and deploy strategic sales plans that align with each hotel’s goals and market trends, with a focus on driving premium ADR and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Leisure Sales to ensure alignment and synergy across all transient segments in support of the resort’s overall revenue objectives.
Client Relationship Management
- Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with diplomatic decision-makers and global travel advisors focus on EMEA and APAC.
- Serve as the trusted liaison for VIP guests and diplomatic delegations, ensuring seamless experiences and discreet, personalized service.
- Host high-profile site visits, FAM trips, and industry events to showcase both property offerings supporting the overall group/transient efforts.
Performance & Revenue Optimization
- Collaborate with the Revenue Management teams at each property to set transient pricing and preferred agreements.
- Monitor competitor activity and market shifts to proactively adjust strategies.
- Prepare and present sales performance reports and forecast analyses to leadership at each property on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing at each hotel to promote leisure packages, preferred offers, and strategic campaigns across all channels.
- Support operational teams in executing packages, upgrades, and special requests for VIP clientele.
- Represent Conrad Orlando and Conrad Washington DC at tradeshows, client events, and globalroadshows, with travel required both domestically and internationally.

Qualifications
Previous Luxury Sales - 3 years
Multi Hotels Sales - 3 years
Diplomatic Selling experience with prior relationships - 3 years
